Who this notice covers

This notice concerns Felix Gold Infra Private Limited and enquiries about its services across India. Our office is at Plot No. 30, Ranbhumi Maidan Chowk, Purnea, Bihar 854301. Privacy questions can be sent to felixgoldinfra@gmail.com.

Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, selected service and requirement. If you contact us directly, we receive the message, contact details and any attachments you send. Please share only what is necessary for your enquiry.

How the form works

The form does not submit your details to a Felix Gold website database. When you press “Send enquiry on WhatsApp”, the details are included in a link sent to WhatsApp to prepare a message. You can review that message before sending it to us. WhatsApp may process the link and its contents when opened, even before you send the message. An email link opens your email application; you choose whether to send the email.

Why we use enquiry information

Information you send is used to understand your requirement, reply, arrange requested follow-up and discuss a possible service or project. Relevant correspondence may also be needed to manage an engagement, resolve a concern or meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an enquiry is not treated as permission for unrelated promotional messages.

Service providers and technical information

WhatsApp, email and hosting providers process information under their own policies and may operate infrastructure outside India. Website delivery and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and pages requested. The site’s application code does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts or a custom enquiry database. This does not mean the hosting provider processes no technical data.

Cookies and browser storage

We have not added advertising cookies or browser storage for enquiry data to the website’s application code. Hosting, security and external services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Your browser and those services provide their own controls.

Retention and sharing

Enquiries are held in the communication channels used to receive them rather than a website enquiry database. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations. Information may need to be shared with people handling your request, service providers or authorities where legally required. Contact us before sending confidential documents if you need to confirm who will receive them.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to send an enquiry. You may ask us to stop enquiry follow-up, correct information, explain how it has been used or delete information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Email felixgoldinfra@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or message us on WhatsApp. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. We cannot control copies held independently by third-party providers.

Safety and changes to this notice

Do not submit payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure. If our collection methods change, this notice will be updated. The date above identifies this version; contact us if any part is unclear.
